ATiGB 2024, the 9th conference in the ATiGB series, is organized by the University of Technology and Education (UTE). The conference is aimed at building a scientific research forum for scientists and experts in the field of green development to exchange and present research results, practical experience, demands in the strategy for green construction and development; thus find effective solutions in line with actual conditions; and contribute to the sustainable development of the country. The event welcomes submissions in, but not limited to, the following topics (non-exhaustive):

• Others.
Submission guidelines
* Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Accepted papers which are published in Proceedings of Conference with ISBN must be presented precisely according to the standard format which is available on the conference website
