A. FULL REGISTRATION FEE
In order for a paper to be published, one of the authors from each paper MUST pay the full registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper. The conference registration fee for each accepted paper is as follows:
1. Paper written in English for publication in IEEE Xplore®: 2.600.000 VND (110 USD).
2. Paper written in Vietnamese/English for publication in conference proceeding (with ISBN): 1.000.000 VND (44 USD).
3. 50% of above (Corresponding Author from UTE's Club)
4. For the authors from The University of Danang, the registration fee is as follows:
- Paper written in English for publication in IEEE Xplore®: 2.000.000 VND
The full registration fees include:
- Publication
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Conference materials, including badge
- Coffee breaks, lunch during the event
- Gala dinner
B. ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION FEE
Additional purchase for an accompanying person is $44 USD or 1.000.000 VNĐ. The extra charge includes:
- Badge
- Coffee breaks, lunch during the event
- Gala dinner
All author registrations must be completed and paid before 15 August 2024.
Registration includes: attendance of conference delegates to the scientific sessions, conference proceeding, gala dinner, lunches and coffee breaks. Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
Mode of Payment
Conference delegates must make the registration fee payment through bank wire transfer and send relevant scanned copy of the payment document to the email atigb2024@ute.udn.vn.
